Im the same size shoe, and have a great pair of missions. Skates are supposed to be Tight, so your feet dont move around. I have a 10 and a half, with skates, u ALWAYS go 1/2 to 1 size smaller

planning on getting a pair of mission, or bauer roller hockey skates. I just wanted to make sure that they will work fine on pavement. It seems like they are just for like wood or something inside, but me and some friends just want to play some hockey on the street. will they work?
Yep, a lot of times roller hockey skates come with soft wheels (78A) but you can replace them with something harder (84A) if you are playing on the street. Just make sure you get the right size. Missions, for example, can be tricky because they use a HiLo chassis which can mean >-- 76-76-80-80 -->
Note: Soft wheels will still "work" on the pavement, they will just wear down much faster.

Real inline hockey skates dont have any kind of brakes, its like ice skating when you stop... in line skates usually are longer and have a brake on the back of each rollerblade.

I'm looking for a shop in the Tampa/Lakeland area that sells GOOD skates for street hockey. Play it again and Sports authority never have what I'm looking for. If you play street hockey, where do you buy your skates?
You really need local people to answer this question, preferably ones that play roller hockey regularly.
I recommend that you contact some of the rinks/teams/clubs that are into roller hockey. Most skaters are more than willing to help out newbies with advice and the lessons that they have learned over the years. You might end up with some new friends and informal coaches in addition to skates that work well.
