Roller Hockey Equipment

I played ice hockey for like 16 years now and im thinking about joining a roller hockey league this summer. So i got all the equipment for ice hockey, but what would i need for roller hockey and how much would it cost, is it just inline skates and roller hockey pants? How much?

Pretty much that is all you are gonna need = oh and if playing on asphalt, use a stick with an ABS blade as they're MUCH more durable than wood, fibreglass or carbonfibre

Just my inline hockey gear/crap...

this weekend is my 1st roller hockey practice and i got elbow pads, shin guards, inline girdle, gloves, stick, and helmet, and i havent played in a while, and i need to know how in the hell i put all this stuff on, it would be awesome if someone told me or showed me how to!!!

In this order:
girdle, skates, knee pads, (though some like them under socks or pants) then elbow pads, helmet, gloves and hit the rink.

There isn't anything on the site that has to do with hockey gear, but there is a category under the sports section named "Ice Hockey" but has nothing listed. Would a local Wal-Mart possibly have hockey gear?
PS: I won a $200 gift card for Walmart in a raffle, and I wanted to get a nice hockey stick. I would normally go to Dunhams or Dicks Sporting Goods, but why would I when I have all of that money for Wal-Mart?

It depends on where you live plus it's different from a store to another. Here in Quebec, they do sell hockey equipment. They mostly sell KOHO equipment (there are Easton, Franklin too), they have wood sticks and some composite sticks, gloves, shin protectors, etc. That's where I got my gloves. I'm not usually a forward but I wanted something to play with when I play right wing in street hockey, they were not expensive so I bought them.However, if you wanna get good hockey equipment I don't recommend you buy yours there. There are chances that the stick you get won't last very long if you play hockey at a regular basis. You could use your money to buy other things for example.
