I would like to make rod hockey so can you help?

I think that you would be better off buying on used or new [at Walmart $168.88] one. I am very experienced in machine tool and wood working, and from what I saw in a picture of one, it would cost you about three times the Walmart price to make one from scratch, that is if you have a wood working shop and a machine shop. its a replica of his number 5 capitals away jersey from 87(i think) its signed by him and twelve other caps players and you can still read all the signatures and it looks almost new for its age.

I cant find a consistent price for what it might be worth and I was just wondering.

(If you don't want to send them the jersey, it's cool, go to their website, they can verify the signatures at a convention for a small fee) depend on who the other autographs are if Langway signed on the 5 or the jersey itself - they should also be able to appraise it.
