I had a ice pack taped on my arm one day with black hockey tape and when i took it off it left black marks from the glue on the jersey. How do i get rid of said black marks. I have washed it 3 times and nothing.

When one is putting them on, should one put the extra roll of padding on the outside of the leg or on the inside of the leg?
I have seen pictures of both. It seems like it should be on the inside because one falls to the ground on the inside of one's legs, but ice hockey goalies seem to wear them with the extra padding on the outside.
I preferred the inside because it was a rare instance if a puck went off the outside of my leg.
The other advantage is that the extra padding helps when you are trying to snuff a shot through the five hole - when you are on your knees and the puck is between the pads.

Not all states have hockey leagues, so I'm wondering if someone wanted to add a team to the NHL, how would one go about it?The NHL site doesn't have any info about it.

I have a Grays Oxygen field hockey stick (its the outdoor composite one) in gold. Do you think it is good? Please don't just write crap because you think it is funny, I need serious anwsers so if anybody has one or has ever used one... or even just knows someone who has one what do you think?
if its over a season old then its probably lost is "life". grays and dita u cant reallly go wrong with. and if u hear a different like sound when u hit a ball with it the its "dead". i personally dont like grays. i prefer dita sticks and i have used a grays before for about a season but dita is better. also look into princess sticks. veryy good :]
