I love the montreal canadiens hockey team. Anything i can get with their logo on it, i will. I love them so much I wish to move to montreal when im older so i could buy season tickets and see all their home games. My room is full with their stuff, its like a shrine:P This question is just for my own amusement, wanted to see if anyone else feels the same way about the team as i do. :)
I think I have found a best friend. They are my passion and my life. I know the draft picks, weight, birthplace, height of every player as well as their salary. I did not miss ONE game last year and watched the full 60 min even if i had an exam the next day. I love them so much lol. I know their entire rosters and AHL roster. I never ever lose faith in them because I love them too much lol.
As a side note, expect Gauthier to do something either today or at the draft..

Am I allowed to pack drinks home with me or is that not allowed?
Thanks
The desjardins section that the tickets are in include free food and drink (non alcoholic) . You will have to buy beer though. And no you can't take it home with you.

So here's the situation:
I'm 22, and boyfriend is turning 24. We have been together for a while now. I love doing special things for him. He is a huge Montreal Canadiens fan so last year I got him an autographed Patrick Roy jersey framed with a signed picture and tickets to a game. I'm having a hard time trying to come up with something to top (or compare with) last year's gift. Here's a little background info on him and I'm hoping you guys can help me out! I like being creative and fun.
He's turning 24, in the electrical engineering field, loves football (Patriots), hockey (Canadiens), and baseball (Blue Jays). Enjoys his beer, loves to cook, and loves to ski. We are in the prairies so it'll be winter here (-30 degrees). Not too much into video games, movies, or tv. Money isn't too much of an issue but I can't afford a trip to the Caribbean if that's what you're thinking haha.
Thanks for your help!
You can get him smth really original and sentimental that will remind him of you everytime he looks at it: a 100% hand-made painting from your favorite photo together. I've discovered this website that turns photos into beautiful hand-made paintings and the prices are really affordable too. Here's the link: www.paintedsouvenirs.com ..Good luck on finding the right gift!
This Ticket Art is in a screwdown pleiglass holder. It is signed by Johny Bucyk and has an authenticity letter signed by F.E.Giamette VP,Fleet Center. As a sports memorabilia collector I looked up Johnnys Auto on many sites but it seems to me that this has a value different from just it's "sports Value".
I think it has a historical value.I don't know how to find out how to find out what it is or how it might change the value of this item. The ticket itself is printed with a picture of the opening hockey game between the Bruins and the Montreal Canadiens played 11/20/1928,the sec, row, and seat, and a picture of a puck that says The Last Hurrah September 26,1995 7:30 PM below the symbols of the teams. It is 9" long
and 3 1/4" wide at it's widest point. It has not had the stub removed,is in mint condiion and sealed in plexi. The reverse has all warnings of a standard hockey tix and a $10 off adfor BOB,S stores. The signature is in gold pen with his name and jersey # .
probally 300 to 350 if in mint
200 to 250 if near mint
100 to 150 if ok
50 to 100 if horrible

I am going to Montreal with a friend in February. Since I am there I am hoping to watch the Leafs play the Canadiens. The tickets are sold out on their website and stub hub and ticketexchange are charging an arm and a leg. I was also thinking of Craigslist but there is not much options on there for me. Is there any other ideas/ways I can get an affordable ticket ? I am going to Montreal with a friend in February. Since I am there I am hoping to watch the Leafs play the Canadiens.
