Midget Hockey

Our son is playing Bantam A/AA hockey right now and will be playing Midget hockey next year. Looking for some suggestions of good hockey programs in the Chicago area. THANKS!!

I believe the rink in Bensenville off of York Road (Between Grand and (NW suburbs) has a great program. The rink is in fantastic shape (the Blackhawks practice there) and they do have a travel program (Chicago Steel) .

Usually, 15-18 year olds play at the midget level. Midget Minor is for 15-16 year olds, while Major is for 17-18 year olds. However, Midget Minors can play up at the Midget Major level, while Midget Majors cannot play down at the Midget Minor level.

I'm a 93' hoping to go out for one of these teams and I want to know what the quality Midget Minor teams there are in the state. (preferably Eastern Mass)

im im going to play midgets this year or next year but i dont know much about it do i drive to the games myself or do live with a housing family like in junior hockey for ex the ushl and what are the minimun age requirment and the maximun stuff like please answer if you can

depends who your playing for

Local team you can just live at home

if you moving away for it you'll have a boarding family


I'm pretty sure if you were playing midget aaa next year you'de already know all about this.....
