are there any female hockey teams for teens in los angeles?

Im 15 and im kinda new to hockey but i love playing hockey. we are learning about hockey at school but we don't have a team. i was wondering if there are any hockey teams in los angeles i can maybe try out for

Well last year I played against this team called the LA Selects a few times... if you're new to hockey I'm not sure if they'd be the best choice (their a pretty strong girls hockey program) so check with your local rink and see if they have an in-house program then maybe you can tryout for the Selects next year.

I don't know all the much about the selects (just that their tier 1 teams are generally better than many other programs and that many of their top players go on to play D1 women's ice hockey) so you might want to check out this site and see if they any levels that you might be able to succeed at:

Are there Kings fans outside of Los Angeles?

I'm a die hard Kings fan from LA, but there are many hockey fans from LA that cheer for other teams, like Detroit, Pittsburgh, New York Rangers, etc.

This question is for fans outside of the Los Angeles hockey market. Are there many (or any) Kings fans in cities outside of Los Angeles, or are Kings fans something only found in LA?

There are Kings fans outside of LA, probably not a huge number. A lot of tranplants from other hockey cities live in LA so that's why they get fans cheering for the other team. Plus LA is a baseball and basketball city, not hockey.

Field hockey teams in Los Angeles or SoCal?

I started playing field hockey three years ago at school, and I love the sport. I wish to keep playing it and I know it looks good on college applications, but I may go to a high school next year that doesn't offer it.
Where can I join a girls team in Los Angeles (I am willing to make a farther trip) I am fourteen and going into 9th grade, with a bit of experience

You should check out the Field Hockey Federation. Sign up date is on Saturday January 10th. The fees are $125 per player and they have an U-14 and U-16 spring leagues.

I am including the registration form as well if this is something you would want to pursue.

Best wishes.
