Knee Hockey

I need a website where I can get the perfect mat for knee hockey, something that is smooth and cushioning so that you don't hurt your knees while playing. And so I can customize the size for my garage because I'm gonna just roll it up when I'm done.

They go together like puzzle pieces and take no time at all to set up. Its like a foamy material that has just enough give to play mini/knee hockey. I have used it in my basement after getting many rug burns from my carpet lol

Some friends of mine and I, play knee hockey at our friend's house and have a legit league and stuff. We are trying to make it as cool as possible, and i was wondering what we could do to be as legit as possible.

a couple things that could make it better for you
1) have a registration fee
2) sell some merchandise

and what could make it more fun is
1) jerseys
2) spray paint the sticks and if you can get a stencil and put the logo
3) do a highest point scorer and best goalie ETC

My knee is killing me. It doesn't hurt when i walk. At least not too much. But after I sit a bit it doesn't work very well when I try to get up. And, sometimes when I am walking the knee cap goes numb. Got any ideas? OWIE!

You should go to the doctor…..it could be as simple as a small sprain….to as serious as lupus.

BQ2: When I was in college, I was a bit lazy, because my schedule sucked. I decided to start running track on weekdays nights, after 8 hours of work and 4 hours of school. Since, I would be totally whipped, I had got into the habit of trying to run faster, to finish quicker while doing laps around the track. Eventually, after months of pound the pavement, my knees started having issues….painful issues. I was telling my father about it one night on the phone, and he suggested that I start speed walking and start lifting fee weights while walking. My knee stopped hurting, and I felt fitter, than when I was just running like a zombie around the track.

How do you properly put your hockey skates on with the hockey socks and knee pad. I was told that you should put the knee pad after skates so its tighter, but how can you do so with hockey socks?

If you want to tie your skates prior to putting on your shin guards, put the hockey socks on, then your skates. When you are finished tying the skates, slide your shin guards into the hockey socks, pull them up and fasten them to your garter belt/jock plus. If you have zipper leg pants, you can put your pants on last. Otherwise, you will have to navigate your pants when fastening the pants. It's not that hard.
