any drills i could use that would work on agility and aerobic endurance?
For aerobic endurance that's easy. Ride your bike outdoors, rollerblade, and run. Mix it up with the three - cross training works more muscle groups. Go for 1 hour at a time. It is not the intensity but the length of time that you go for to improve cardio.
For agility buy a rope ladder and google for drills. You can also run tires at a football field. It may sound stupid but I have had players that play the dancing video game to improve foot speed.

Peter Twist has been training athletes for decades, and the majority have been ice hockey players, I assume. He's put out a couple books on conditioning just for hockey.
As for the other site, it's just got some basic guidelines and routines.
Doing something different in the gym definitely helps and works the muscles you don't really think about.

Hey, I'm a 13 year old bantam hockey goalie. I'm around 92 pounds and 5'1. I'm a girl, so i wont be playing with boys teams once this season is over, eh? so i need to get in better shape so i can make the nearest girls team, the U.P state team. its where all the best girl players in the upper peninsula come together at a school and form a hockey team ya kno? its sorta like a college team. you need grades and skill. so i need an on AND off ice program fitted to my size and position to become an even better goalie. any help would be appreciated, suggestions/plans/websites i could go to to get a plan, or pretty much anything ya kno? thanks
Try and find "The Art of Goaltending" by Vladislav Tretiak. When I was your age this book helped me learn more aboot goaltending then any camp, clinic, Video or coach I trained with. Hand eye coordination is huge. Have a tennis ball and bounce it whenever you can, catch with both hands. You need to do alot of "core" training (the middle section of your body) Strong abs, back and hips are crucial. Endurance is a huge part of the game to, run, bike, or rollerblade to get that heart rate rolling. Stretch thoroughly before and after workouts, and during any down time, If your watching TV get on the floor and stretch, do splits, work that flexibility. Good luck. and above all else. "Keep your stick down, stay out of your crease, on your feet and Kick but"
Edit: Don't practice the butterfly until you have mastered stand up

i am currently do a course in sport in which i have to do a training programme. i have chosen to do hockey, as we had to do a sport which we don't necessarily play.
i have tried searching on some search engines to find a 6 week training programme and have yet to find a site which has a training programme, or one that you don't have to buy the book or sign up to get it.
does anyone know any good sites that have a training programme on or knows/has/uses a training programme i could use?

thanks for your answer, but i ment field hockey, not ice hockey, although that is a sport whitch i would love to do! lol
I don't know about any training programmes to follow, but some basic skill drills can include:
Group training:
-Each person has a ball and a stick, and has to dribble around in an area, without really stopping. Everyone is aiming to tackle other people (and hit their ball out of the area), without their own ball leaving the area.
-Two people stand about 5 yards apart and push the ball back and forth between them. They then move further apart (to about 15 yards) and slap hit the ball to each other. Then they go about 30 yards away from each other and hit the ball to each other. They can also flick the ball between each other.
Advanced:
-Two people stand 1 yard apart, with one ball and a stick each. The first flicks the ball to the other, who does hit-ups with it. After about 10, the other person catches the ball with their stick, and carries on.
If you are on your own, I'll give some more info - hope I helped!
