How to improve my field hockey skills?
Corner Face-Off

I'm starting a camp this summer, and plan on doing field hockey in the fall, but i want to start practicing now to get better because i didn't do it last year. my main question is what are some moves i can practice in my backyard that will improve my field hockey skills so i can somewhat catch up?
BE VERY SPECIFIC!

I don't play field hockey, but like with everything practise and dedication help a lot.
As for some moves you can practise might want to check youtube or similar sites.

What hockey skills can i use in a circuit that don't involve a stick?
Peter vs Ryan Snipers Hockey Session

I made a hockey circuit that i have to do for p.e but i have 2 skills that involve a stick (dribbling and dodging). My teacher can't provide a stick and i don't have one so, is there any hockey skills i can improve that i don't need a stick for?
Thanks guys,
xx
: )

You can practice your skating, forwards, backwards, speed, crossovers, etc... But if you really wanna get fancy practice moves with the puck in your feet. Kicking it around, stepping on it and spinning, cool stuff like that will really make you look good.

How to brush up on ball hockey skills?
Blue Goalie Being Barraged

I just made a ball hockey skill tournie! Uhmm i came second and were goin to see how fast the puck goes, how fast i can run with the ball and stick and how many times i can get the ball throgh certain holes.

(i aint a hockey player at all lmao but i have a real cheap stick to practice with if that helps)

i play and if u want to brush up just practice

if u want to lift the puck pull ur stick behind your body and shoot forward wile u flip ur wrist this will give u ur fasted shot and if u realy want to get into ball hockey i would buy a new stick. LOL

What can I do to improve my ice hockey skills for tryouts?
July Hockey Fans

I have barely any skating skills, but I want to play hockey for next season. I don't know any camps around st louis [I checked online] I'm not sure what I should do...what classes should I go in? thanks

If you want to improve your skating skills, you should take skating lessons, even figure skating lessons will help you get quicker and help your hand/ eye coordination. Rollerblading a lot is always good. Also just going to open skates at local ice rinks, and just running/resistance training etc. will help you get faster! Hope I helped. All the luck to you!
