I'm new to ice skating, but not new to hockey, I hear people taking about getting their skates sharpened and baked. What is this? Where can I get it done? What will it cost me? And like how sharp Is the blade? Will it cut u? Go Wings!!!

I am skeptical of the ability of local hockey shops and wondered if there was anywhere in the area that provided a professional level of sharpening. I am looking for someone who can do a 5/8 properly. I used to use house of hockey, but they are rude and really don't know what they are doing.
