Acutally if anyone knows the salarly of the Idaho Steelheads that would be good.

It really depends if they have a 2 way contract, Or if they have just a minor league contract.

How do I set it up with the xbox to link thru the computer?

If you have a Home Network, you can set your Xbox 360 console up as a Windows Media Extender, which allows your Xbox 360 to stream Music, Videos and Pictures directly from your computer via Windows Media Player and/or Windows Media Center. Note you will need to have Windows XP or higher with at least Windows Media Player 11. Windows Vista or better is recommended.

To set this up, select 'Windows Media Center' in the NXE interface. Your Xbox 360 will guide you through how to set it up, and your PC will join in with the process. Within 5 minutes, you should be able to stream from both Media Player and Media Center instantly without any PC input required.

Make sure you have enabled Media Sharing on your PC, and that both the Xbox 360 and PC are connected to the internet,

The league has no maximum's although their constraints would be similar to the NHL's

Like Claude Giroux played 2 games for the Flyers and 5 for the AHL team but he came back and play Juniors. What are the rules to this?

As long as a player has junior eligibility left, he can play junior, there are no rules against it.

Once a player has played 10 games at the AHL/NHL level, he completes a year in his professional contract (which only means that he can reach UFA status earlier) and teams try to avoid that (they want to hold onto a player as long as possible).

There is a rule in place however that prevents a player from being called up and down (also known as the Joe Cirella rule because as a 19 yr old, Joe Cirella was called up 7x from junior) more than twice.

Jonathan Bernier played in the NHL this year before ending the season in junior

Shawn Matthias played a few games for Florida this year before being returned to junior.

Steve Mason was called up on an emergency basis.

Since none of the players (Giroux included) played 10 professional games, their contracts are still intact

During the lockout, Jeff Carter played an entire season of junior after spending some of the previous year with the Philadelphia Phantoms of the AHL (their entire playoff run)
