how much training and working out do i need to play olympic ice hockey?

I am a 13 year old boy. i play hockey at DU i have been on mite c/squirt A two years/and peewee AA two years. during the season i am on the ice a hour a day around five days a week an than have two games a week. i will play Bentham AA this year and i play hockey at home around three hours a day and i work out a half hour a day now but once school starts i will have 2 hour workouts what else can i do?

honestly you have to make the NHL first, then become a star in the NHL before they'll invite you to olympic tryouts

you can start getting invite to worlds around 15 if your good enough though bro

I think that DU will, considering all their great players! In my opinion. And some of them are really hot!! I love J.D. Corbin!!!!!!! But they have a great coach and work really hard!!!!

    Armstrong, who was known by many by his nickname "The Chief," passed away on Dec. 8, 2010 at the age 94, living his final days at his home in St. Augustine, Fla., with his wife, Sis.

    Former players and coaching associates have many fond memories of the man who built DU hockey into what it is today, while shaping the landscape of collegiate hockey and impacting it enough to be put in a pretty elite class of former coaches.
