i read the last question that said the icegators ended with an average attendance of 2,000. well i looked up some chl teams and one of them called "the brahmas" had a maximum seating capacity of 2300. how are they able to meet money standards? wouldnt they be in debt?
yes the attendance was hurting them, but the owners took no steps to get extra cash by hosting any events or starting any youth groups. plus the brahmas arena has a maximum cap. of 2300 wich means that it is much smaller and alot cheaper than the cajun dome which has a seating cap of 11,800. thats alot of empty seats and 2000 fans cant keep a place like that running.
but if i had bunch of money to invest in another hockey team i would build a smaller arena. because icegator fans were unlike any other in the world. every game was like mardi gras. crazy!

I'm not worried about the time constraints, just the physical obstacle of having an ice rink inside a football dome. I am trying to figure out if its possible to have a stadium be the home of both sports.
Spartan Stadium at Michigan State has done so more than once. The entire rink machinery is brought in, and out. It is not built in.

When the game was still within reach Price made a very good save on Malkin. It was the type of goal that you would expect a superstar to score which made the save even better.
