Custom hockey gloves?

I was wondering how I could get custom hockey gloves like the pros. I know about the warrior customizer and eagle has the same thing but what about other companies.?

Harrow/Christian offer some customization. They are far more affordable although they don't have as many customization options.

Custom or Pre-Made Hockey Gloves?

I'm not sure if I should buy custom or pre-made gloves.

What I like about custom gloves is that I get to pick the design, the colors and I'll get gloves that fit perfectly. I keep reading on forums about people who really love their custom gloves and would never go back to pre-made gloves. I would buy them from http://falconhockeygloves

Or I could get pre-made gloves which are cheaper and still decent quality. I know gloves don't really affect performance very much so I'm not worried about that. I get a lot less options this way though.

Do custom gloves make a big difference?
sry i forgot the .com in the link.
It should read http://falconhockeygloves.com

if you give yourself time to work in and get used to gloves you don't need custom ones. if you are really into what you look like on the ice go for it, but i always thought it was better to be good. the gloves i wear are two sizes too big and i like them that way so i have protection but still a lot of wrist motion. the only thing to worry about with gloves is palms and weight, and most of the pre-made ones are pretty decent for both.

  • Locating Hockey Equipment That Works For You

Your true potential will shine through with the right hockey equipment despite the fact that you will not instantly become a great player. It’s even more important to note that the right equipment is imperative to your safety and protection in this rough and hazardous game. For this reason it’s important to pick your gear carefully and be sure you are getting the right fit in each piece. As you begin shopping for the right equipment keep the following tips in mind.

While your helmet is your main protection for your head, it’s also a good idea to wear a mouth guard. Protecting your teeth and tongue (in stressful situations, people often involuntarily bite their tongues) is essential when you consider the kind of impact you’re subjected to in hockey. The rates that dentists charge these days for repairing a chipped or damaged tooth, it’s astronomical. Brain and skull protection is enhanced by a good mouth guard, it’s important that you remember that. It is best to consider a mouth guard that can be custom fit to your mouth simply by dropping it into hot boiling water and inserting into your mouth. Another piece of gear you shouldn’t ever be without is hockey tape. Hockey tape is often used to tape sticks, fasten socks to shin guards or perhaps support your ankles. Taping the top of your stick enables you to have a stronger grip. This can make a big difference in the heat of play. Maneuvering the puck effectively can be done more strategically with blade taping. As you can see hockey tape is a very useful tool you need to have in your arsenal.
