Condors Hockey

I saw it on KERO-TV 23. Marty Raymond, the coach of the Bakersfield Condors, protested a referee's call by tossing dozens of hockey stix on the ice & kicking a Gatorade cooler n2 the ice as well. Perhaps one of the finest Bakersfield sports highlights I've seen this year. Type "Marty Raymond" in a YouTube search; it's more effective then typin' in "Bakersfield Condors." & was there a chance u also saw it on ESPN or Fox Sports Net?

I'm a Bakersfield resident & have attended two Condors games, the only hockey games I've gone 2, & I've enjoyed 'em both. As I watch the news or any local channels, I'm always lookin' @ Condors commercials. & I'm kinda surprised that we hicks in this two-horse town appreci8 this ECHL team this much. I'd like 2 hear from fans of other ECHL teams if the Condors are a serious rival, notably from other teams in the National Conf. such as AK, Ontario (CA), & Victoria.

Bakersfield sucks,lol. Yeah, I know them, since they are a division rival.
ECHL hockey is getting better each year, as more players manage to make it to the NHL. Morre players are willing to play in the ECHL now. It used to be the kiss of death.

Actually, the Wranglers are playing Bakersfield next weekend, and the Condors have graciously agreed to wear orange prison uniforms for "Rod Blagojevich Prison Uniform Night" named after the IL governor who tried to sell Obama's Senate seat for a million dollars. So they are cool.
