He wants a bag with a seperate spot for his helmet and a pocket for each of his skates. He said it would probably have to be a goalie bag to fit all his stuff. I don't know anything about hockey bags, so if someone could suggest a good site or a good brand that would be great! Thanks!

there is no separate pocket for skates, but it partitions them off from the rest of the equipment so they won't cut anything. I use skate guards as well...

Friend has to fly back from Hong Kong with her son's goalie equipment. Does anyone know the approximate weight of an equipment filled goalie bag? I'm guessing about 50 lbs
It's an adult son, so his equipment is adult size, although he's not a big guy, about 5'7". I sure hope it's a wheel type bag, otherwise she'll have no hope of lifting it!
i think when they put mine on the scale it said 57. be sure to stuff your leg pads in the bag and get a stick bag.
